Black Party DJs 2013

The Black Party is introducing a decidedly more progressive underground sound this year emanating from musical trends in NYC and other dance music capitals, namely London and Berlin. Headlining this year’s DJ line up for RITES XXXIV: THE BLACK PARTY is London’s Tom Stephan (aka Superchumbo) fresh off his commanding performance at Montreal’s 2012 Black & Blue Main Event to be followed by NYC’s hometown favorite, Honey Dijon whose high profile and wide-ranging musical style has brought her a global fan base. Ryan Smith, a New York based DJ/ promoter with a run of successful underground parties, opens the night with Boris from Berlin, who opened 2011’s Black Party, closing the 17+ hour musical odyssey.
